| The higher education
institutes and research centers in different countries have to
develop its performance and policies where most of studies has
proved that higher educational institutes had some parts of
the responsibility toward many of international struggles, and
expanding the phenomenon of terrorism and poverty due to
absence of doing its role. |
| It have been proved
that the sustainable development of university and higher
education institutes is capable of providing welfare and
security to different societies |
| Procedures are now
underway to hold the 1st international conference on
technology transfer of university education development in
Cairo, Egypt, September 27-30, 2004, under the auspices of H.E.
Prof. Mofeed Shehab the Egyptian Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research. |
